I took my '79 Stingray to them, and with all the curves and contours of that car, I wasn't sure how they could pull it off. When I got it back, I was blown away it looked absolutely incredible. The quality of work is top-notch, and you truly get what you pay for. Huge thanks to Paul and his team!

Hooked on Detail identified a paint issue on my brand new vehicle once they began the work for a ceramic wrap. Paul explained the process to fix the issues and was very empathetic to my situation with the dealership. His team was able to correct the paint issue without having to repaint. Paul and his team are very knowledgeable and professional and the technician treated my vehicle like it was his own. I’m extremely pleased with HOD and all the staff and highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional customer service and strong expertise! In December my new, 2026 SUV was damaged in a parking garage from (what was thought to be) limescale drips from the ceiling, that damaged the clear coat of my vehicle. I had taken my vehicle to another local detailer who could not remove the damage and had recommended Hooked On Detailing.
From initial contact to final car pickup my experience with them was exceptional. Despite being highly proactive in noting that the damage may not be 100% removable, and preparing me for all possibilities, they were able to completely fix the damage. They even went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle looked as good as new (if not better) than when I bought it from the dealer.
I brought my vehicle back shortly after to get it ceramic coated and the front PPF’d. Again, they went above and beyond. The level of communication prior to, during the service, and upon pickup, including a full walk-around of the vehicle post-service was a level of customer care that is extremely hard to find. Would (and have) recommend them to anyone looking for detailing (+) services. Huge thank you, especially to Chai and Paul, for your level of professionalism.

I recently contacted Hooked On Detailing to have some paint protection done on my 2005 379 Peterbilt. I took the truck in so they could see what I wanted to do.
I met with Paul and we discussed what would need to be done, he explained the product and gave me his opinion of the protection needed. After a tour through the shop and the process, I returned the next day for the application, well from start to finish everything was amazing and exceeded my expectations. ( which I must say doesn’t happen often, I’m very hard to please when it comes to my truck) anyone that knows me knows this lol. The whole crew impressed me so much I’m thinking about doing the entire truck….
HOD # 1 in my book…

This team did a wonderful job on my SL-63 AMG that went well beyond my expectations. A very rare case of underpromising and overdelivering with superlative customer service. Thank you again Chai.

Brought my vehicle in due to mineral deposit cause limescale. This happened due to water exposure from underground parking. The team at hooked on detailing did an amazing job, they completely removed the stains without damaging my paint. They were friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for any paint related issues.

The owner Paul is one of the nicest people I know.
He is also a hard core car guy, super knowledgable about paint protection film and extremely technical about paint correction.
Most importantly, he will always go the extra mile for his customers.

I was brought to Hooked on Detailing by a friend and to get my 2025 Ford f150 protected with PPF.
The whole process was seamless - and the end product was outstanding.
Paul and his team are one of, if not the best in the city at what they do.
Can’t wait to have them detail my truck in the spring!

From the minute you walk into the reception area, you realize this is NOT just some popup shop, but a business with bright future in a highly competitive industry.
Chai is super welcoming in reception and always makes you feel welcomed and important.
Paul, the owner, is highly personable and goes over every piece of your vehicle and explains everything in detail...what he sees for imperfections and how he and his amazing team can give you the best possible experience and outcome for your vehicle.
I'm the second owner of my 2021 Mustang GT Convertible and they made my baby shine better than when she rolled off of the factory floor.
When they opened the big door to do her reveal, the shock and awe I experienced was palpable.
My jaw hit the floor and it brought tears to my eyes!
I had high expectations, based on my conversations with Paul (which were many and he ALWAYS had the time to answer any questions, despite being super busy.) but they exceeded them by far.
She was absolutely stunning!!!
Word of mouth for his business has him with a bit of a wait....but they are SOOOOO worth it.
There's not a day that I've had her out for a drive that someone doesn't either stop me or yell to me about how traffic stopping stunning she is.
That they've never seen a black car that looked so clean and absolutely glowing.
Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!!!
(Services I ended up choosing: full paint correction, buff and polish, XPEL PPF and XPEL Ceramic Coating)

We brought our 2010 Corvette convertible to Paul's shop and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. From the phone conversations to the time we first went to the shop and were shown around and looked at all the vehicles in the bay that were in various stages of the detailing. We were encouraged to ask questions and Paul gave us the answers we needed about the entire process. We were not rushed. Very thorough.
When we picked up our car, we were blown away. It was obvious the attention to detail and quality of work was from start to finish.
The result was a show quality car after the paint correction, PPF on the front end and Ceramic coat on the whole car. This is to be followed up with paint care and cleaning guidance by them.
We absolutely recommend Paul and his employees.
They are the best.

So recently I had the pleasure of the hospitality and Service at Hooked On Detailing (HOD) located in Dartmouth. Went in to see about Paint Correction, a HOD specialty. From the front counter staff (Chai) to the crews doing the more hands on work in the service bay. The cars being serviced and the obvious dedication of Paul’s personnel made it a very pleasurable experience. The work ethic of all individuals is above reproach, I’ve been washing cars for upwards of 50+ years, I learned allot from HOD staff. No more swirls LOL. Professional educated and dedicated staff that were attentive of all our needs. The car has never looked better and the number of compliments regarding the Impala we receive now is almost laughable. Amazing! Thank you. Stay safe and healthy all! 5 STARS Folks.

I recently had Paint Protection Film (PPF) installed on my new truck at Hooked On Detailing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the professionalism of the shop was top-notch. Their pricing was very competitive, which was a big plus.
What stood out to me was the quality of work. It was clear that they take great pride in what they do—judging by the high-end vehicles I saw being worked on, I knew my truck was in good hands. When I picked it up, it looked even better than it did the day I got it from the dealership.
I highly recommend Hooked On Detailing to anyone looking for expert service and exceptional results. I’ll definitely be back for any future needs!

I had my tint and ceramic coating done by Hooked on Detailing and I can honestly say they blew me away on every level. From start to finish, everything was top shelf-the products they use, the communication, the professionalism, the results... all of it.
The team are consummate professionals who clearly take immense pride in their craft. The attention to detail was second to none, and it shows in the final result. My vehicle looks absolutely stunning-better than brand new. The finish is immaculate, the tint is flawless, and the ceramic coating has that perfect deep gloss that turns
What really sets them apart is their customer service. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered every question with clarity, and made the entire experience effortless. You can tell this isn't just a job to them it's a passion.
If you want true mastery, meticulous care, and a result that speaks volumes. Hooked on Detailing is where you go. No question

Service was excellent from the start, when talking about my wants I did not feel like I was being upsold all the time and was explained all the options and was able to choose what I wanted. When picking up my vehicle I was very impressed with the time that was taken to show and talk about everything that was done. Great job guys!!!

The customer service and quality of work this place does is second to none and they deserve every single one of their 5 star reviews. Craig at the front is very knowledgeable and professional! I did get a few quotes and Craig’s customer service won me over. I had ppf installed and a ceramic wax. When the car was done, the crew had to show me where some of the ppf seams were the work was done so cleanly! Very impressed overall and happy to recommend!!

The guys at Hooked on Detailing did a 'great job at fixing the poor quality work of a well known local body shop.
The before picture is the work they expected me to repair at my own expense. (That didn’t end well.) They did however recommend HoD which I’m very glad they did.
Since my car was in for the hood I decided I would get the entire car done at the same time. The results and attention to detail were excellent, they went the extra mile.
It may be just me but the paint seems to look better than when I picked it up new from the Tesla shop. I’m glad I had this done to my car. It looks great!
I, and apparently the local bodyshop, both recommend Hooked on Detailing for top quality workmanship.

Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service from Hooked on Detailing! They recently applied Xpel PPF to my new Model Y, and I'm absolutely blown away by the results. My car looks even better than it did when I first received it from Tesla.
I can't sing their praises enough, and I'll be enthusiastically recommending Hooked on Detailing to everyone I know. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail they demonstrated has left me overjoyed with the outcome. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.
In an era where it's rare to feel like you truly get your money's worth, Hooked on Detailing shattered that perception for me. Not only did I receive exceptional value, but I also left feeling like they genuinely valued and appreciated my business. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction sets them apart. Kudos to the entire team for exceeding my expectations!
